For most of the abstracts, I just took an educated guess and moved on, didn't have a lot of time to think about them. Like always, they will also test for knowledge about the management of diseases that you have never seen/study before. Questions were not that hard but of course, they will ask stuff that you haven’t study since med school or since step1/CK and stuff out of your area of interest (pediatrics/obgyn/surgery/IM), it gets you out of your comfort zone. This day will test your step1/CK/step3/General knowledge, you will get a very random mix of Qs. Reset uworld and started doing Qs again, ended up doing like 15-20% of the qbank + biostats qbank + some reading of Kaplan's biostats chapter (my weakest subject) + very brief review of step 1 FA. Around 20th of August decided to get it over with, took UWSA 1 to see where I was standing after that long pause and scored a 220, paid for step 3, and scheduled the first day like 2 weeks later. Completed uworld around May and had a looong pause without studying anything for like 3 months. I was planning to take step 3 around April but COVID happened, so had to postpone my plan. I bought Uworld at the beginning of residency, used to do only 10-20 questions per week (also had a lot of pauses depending on the rotation I was in).
